All shipping is done via Australia Post, Sendle or Fedex and calculated with the fixed and random prices once the order is placed. We ship Posh Mask™ products widely in Australia, so whether you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, or anywhere else in the country, we can easily deliver them to you.

Also, we provide international shipping services for customers who interested in our products and willing to purchase them online. We have been trying to launch this service for most of the countries and organize to deliver purchased items by Australian international post service. The shipping costs vary depending on several factors like the number of items, weight of your order, your location, and the shipping mode you selected. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Please check with your local customs office before ordering. All duties, taxes, customs fees and licenses that might be incurred, are the sole responsibility of the overseas customer/ recipient of the package.

Covid-19 Pandemic:

  • We are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic. However, the challenges have been presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.
  • Changes in demand for delivery due to the coronavirus COVID-19 mean that some delivery services are delayed.
  • Delivery times for international orders are significantly delayed.
  • Our people continue to work tirelessly under difficult circumstances, so aggressive and abusive behaviour towards our people will not be tolerated. Thank you for your support and patience.

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a SOD (signature on delivery) or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Posh Mask™ is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Posh Mask™ will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

Order placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following business days. orders placed after cut-off time on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Delivery in Australia-Express Service
Express Post guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network. The Express Post network includes interstate between all capital cities (except Darwin, and in Perth CBD only) as well as some major centres. It also operates within each state between the primary metropolitan area of the capital and the main provincial centres. All in all, it covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

Express Post is suitable for sending items up to $100 in value. If your item is valued over $100, you should purchase Extra Cover – it provides loss or damage cover from $100 up to $1000.

If your parcel is lost or damaged, and you haven’t purchased Extra Cover, compensation of up to $100 and a postage refund may be payable. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Australia Post does not accept liability for any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising due to any failure related to our service. Neither the compensation included with our Express Post service nor the purchase of Extra Cover limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • We use Australian post express which is next business day delivery within the express post network like Australian capital cities, major metro areas and Perth CBD. See if your post code is eligible here. For other WA & NT areas, express can take up to 3 business days.
  • If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.

What You Need to Know for both Regular and Express Shipping:

  • Please note, Posh Mask™ is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons and Covid-19 pandemic. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
  • All Australia Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address – Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery the following will occur:

  • If no one is available to receive the order, the order will be left in a safe place if deemed by the driver
  • If no one is available to receive the order and there is no safe place to leave the order the delivery will be attempted again the following day within the same time slot
  • If unsuccessful on the second attempt it will be returned to Posh Mask™ over the next 48 hours
  • If order is addressed to a commercial address and cannot be delivered it will be returned to the Posh Mask™ over the next 48 hours

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog. Please Note: 
We’ve suspended our “Economy Air” international delivery service for parcels and Economy letters containing merchandise to all countries, territories and regions effective 3 April 2020 and until further notice.

If the destination address is under the suspended country, territory and region list, you should email to [email protected] in order to place your order. Economy (cost-effective) International Delivery
When ‘how much’ matters more than ‘how long’, send your items with International Economy. International Economy is an untracked service when speed isn’t the highest priority.

We’ll find you the most cost-effective route by air and pass on the savings.

Economy service is fully suspended due to flight cancellations, airport closures and the measures implemented to limit and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Standard International Delivery
With plenty of optional extras, International Standard gives you the flexibility to choose what matters most.

Please Note:
Standard service delivery timeframes will vary due to limited air capacity and flight cancellations. Where necessary, alternative routing by sea mail for parcels will be used. Express International Delivery
Trust International Express for delivery in 2 to 4 business days to metro areas of major cities. We’ll keep you updated with SMS and email notifications along the way and get a signature at the other end.

Express service will continue to receive priority despatch for all locations where air capacity is available. Please click HERE for suspension of services for this product to select countries. Signature on delivery for this service impacted in most destinations.
